TRUE Youth Football and Cheer Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register: To register, simply click the button below that says, Register. Then, print the Player Registration Package. 
  
How much does it cost: Registration fee is  $150 per player for the tackle football program and $200  per cheerleader for the cheer/dance program. 
  
Do you offer payment plans: Yes! TRUE Youth is proud to offer payment plans for player registration with a deposit. All payment plans must be paid in full by September 1, 2021. No payment will be granted after August 15, 2021.
  
When does the season begin: Practice begins on Monday, July 26, 2021.  Games begin August 21, 2021, and ends October 23, 2021, unless you advance through to the playoffs and nationals.  Each team will set their own practice schedule, but most teams will practice on average 4 days a week until Labor Day. Then reduce to 3 days a week. 
  
Will I have to do fundraising?  TRUE Youth relies on fundraising and parent support in order for us to be successful. Parents are required to participate in at least 2 fundraising events. However, parents can opt-out of fundraising for a fee of $50 per player at the time of registration. Fundraiser waiver fees are non-refundable.
  
Will there be on-site registrations: TRUE Youth registration is done primarily online. If you need assistance with registration you can always come to the Practice Field or call us at 904-385-3385 and someone will be available to help.  A Pre-Certification meeting will be conducted to collect all required documentation.  Those dates will be posted on the website and our social media pages.
  
What documents do I need to bring to Pre-Certification: 
o  Registration Form – Signed Original
o Participant Contract – Signed Original
o  Birth Certification – Original or Certified Copy
o  Final Report Card (all 4 quarters)
o  Pop Warner Physical Form – Signed Original
o  Parental Consent – Signed Original
  
Do I have to volunteer?  A minimum of 2 hours of volunteer time is required per player. Game day is the time where we need most of our volunteers. Parents can opt-out of volunteering for a fee of $25 per player at the time of registration. Volunteer waiver fees are non-refundable.
  
Should I bring water and snacks for my child? Yes, we ask all participants to bring a refillable water bottle for their usage. You may bring a child for after the training session. 

Payment Plans are available: All payment plans conclude on September 1, 2021. A deposit is required to start a payment plan.  If the balance is not paid on or before September 1, 2021, a $25 fee will be accessed. No payment plans will be granted after August 15, 2021.
